The PLA is ergonomically designed for safe and simple operation. Dial indicator hand-wheels with internal scales indicate adjustment to baseline for roll to roll pressures and skewing, resulting in fast and easy single operator control.

The PLA maintains a constant and accurate linear film thickness even at roll speeds of 5000 fpm, requiring no viscosity adjustment for speed changes.

Savings
The precise control and constant film thickness afforded by the Epic PLA can greatly reduce paper and coating waste. This accuracy requires less coating to deliver pin hole and pattern free coating.
